- 1 pack of Patasnella Una Tira L'Altra
- 500g whole roast beef cooked (or 500g smoked beef brisket)
- 4 slices of cereal bread (like toast)
- semi-hard cheese such as Gruyere
- 6 friggitelli green peppers
- 3 red Tropea onions
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 200 cl of water
- salt, pepper, butter to taste for the pan
