Sausage skewers with sweet peppers and We Love Rustiche

  • 500 g sausage
  • 10 yellow, green (friggitelli type) and red sweet peppers
  • 10 white spring onions
  • garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • rosemary
Preparation
Arrange the We Love Rustiche in a baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake them in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the sausage skewers by alternating a 4-5 cm piece of sausage with a piece of white onion of the same length on the skewer.

Arrange 5 skewers on a baking sheet with parchment paper and cook for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.

Wash the peppers and dry them. Put them in a pan with the stalk intact, a drizzle of oil and 2 cloves of garlic. Sauté them over high heat, pour in some water and let it dry to bring the peppers to final cooking. When they are removed from the stove, they will need to be wilted.

Take out the We Love Rustiche. Season them with a pinch of salt. Arrange them on the plate together with the sweet peppers.

Take the skewers out of the oven, add the peppers to the skewers and place them next to the fries.

Decorate the dish with rosemary sprigs.
